Accepted Methods of Payment

Card Payments

All card payments must be made using UK issued credit or debit cards with a UK billing address. We reserve the right to void or refund any payments made which do not fulfil these criteria. Card types accepted by SAGEPAY (our secure payment service provider) are Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Credit and Visa Debit.

Please note from 31 March 2011, card issuers stopped accepting Solo card transactions. The change comes as a result of MasterCard's Maestro Alignment Migration programme, which is migrating domestic Maestro users onto the international Maestro platform.

Paypal Payments

We now accept PayPal payments for online orders. When reaching the SAGEPAY payment screen, you can now opt to pay using PayPal. Please note that we will only deliver to a UK address that is registered as your billing address with PayPal. PayPal call this a "confirmed" address. You can check the suitability of the addresses that PayPal has recorded for you within your PayPal account under "My Account, Profile, My Details, Address".

Bank Transfer

We can also accept payment by bank transfer (BACS/electronic transfer) directly into our account. If you wish to pay in this way please contact us and request to do so. We can supply our bank details so that you can make the necessary arrangements.

Non-UK orders

We can supply goods to many countries outside of the UK. Please contact us for a quotation for carriage costs. It is company policy that payment for export orders of this type must be by bank transfer only. We do not accept card payments for export orders.
