Spare Parts
Spare parts support will always go hand in hand with a good garden machinery dealer. At WGM we have always taken pride in supporting the products that we retail as well as equipment from other popular manufacturers.
As well as spare parts departments in three of our locations, Sunningdale, Liss and our main hub Winchester, we also run a parts delivery van for our commercial, forestry, golf and contract customers giving them less machine down time and more confidence in their machinery provider.
Good quality spare parts are always essential to maintaining a long life expectancy of your machine. Because of that we will always endeavour to supply genuine parts direct from the manufacturer of your machinery. With well over two thousand individual lines of parts, there is very little that we can not supply to the end user.
This comprehensive network enables us to support our ForestAndArb customers in the same effective and speedy way that we look after our more local customers.
Service Department (Workshops)
Like spare parts support, no garden machinery company can operate without workshop support. At WGM we employee over 27 technicians, three of which are fully mobile offering a quick professional service to our local customers.
With the change in weather patterns that we are currently experiencing, we are using our machinery a lot longer into the autumn/winter season than ever before. The demand for service is therefore greater than ever so our workshop is fully staffed throughout the year.
In each working bay you will find a specialist technician who is an expert in his own field, such as two stroke engines, four stroke engines, diesel engines, walk behind mowers, ride on garden tractors, commercial chippers and groundscare machinery. Having this specialist team means that we can take on all aspects of engine and machinery servicing. With the wide range of genuine spares available to us there is very little machinery we cannot service.

Opening Hours
Our aftersales department is open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-Noon.
