As a premium global brand, Husqvarna Outdoor Products is committed to exceeding customers' expectations of its products and the experience that its dealer network provides. At the same time, Husqvarna Outdoor Products seeks to ensure best practice in terms of pre-delivery inspection, correct product set-up and customer awareness of the recommended operation procedures and in-built safety features of its products.
Once purchased by a customer, all products must be fully assembled, pre-delivery inspected and all safety functions tested.
All products must be handed over to the customer by the dealer in a ready to use condition, with all relevant documentation and any tools or accessories that should be supplied included. The dealer must provide guidance on the proper use, safe handling and care of the products in accordance with the product operator's handbook/manual.
