UK Mainland Delivery Costs/Times

Please ensure that you select the correct delivery location whilst updating your shopping basket and before proceeding to the checkout. Carriage is charged at £6.00 +VAT on every order under £100 for UK mainland shipping destinations. Please see below for additional charges. This will give you next day delivery on all items that are in stock, and next day delivery on out of stock items once we have ordered them in for you. Isle of Wight Delivery Costs/Times

The following postcodes are applicable to Isle Of Wight delivery charge: PO30-41. ALL orders to these poscodes will be charges at £10 +VAT. This will give you next day delivery on all items that are in stock, and next day delivery on out of stock items once we have ordered them in for you.

Scottish Highlands

ALL orders to these poscodes will be charges at £10 +VAT. Scottish Islands Delivery Costs/Times

The following postcodes are applicable to Scottish Islands delivery charge: HS1-99; IV40-51; IV55-56; KA27-28; KW15-17; PA20; PA41-49; PA60-78; PH42-44; ZE1-3. ALL orders to these poscodes will be charges at £23 +VAT. This will give you two day delivery on all items that are in stock, and two day delivery on out of stock items once we have ordered them in for you.

Northern Ireland Delivery Costs/Times

The following postcodes are applicable to Northern Ireland delivery charge: BT1-99. ALL orders to these poscodes will be charges at £12.50 +VAT. This will give you two day delivery on all items that are in stock, and two day delivery on out of stock items once we have ordered them in for you.

Isle of Man/Channel Islands Delivery Costs/Times

The following postcodes are applicable to Isle of Man/Channel Islands delivery charge: IM1-99, JE1-50, GY1-50. ALL orders to these poscodes will be charges at £25 +VAT. This will give you two day delivery on all items that are in stock, and two day delivery on out of stock items once we have ordered them in for you.

Global Deliveries

We can ship via DPD to Europe and via DPD Air services to the rest of the world. Please contact us for a quotation. Please note we are limited on what we are allowed to ship outside the UK.

All our standard deliveries are made on working days only. We can arrange specific days/Saturday deliveries ob request. Please contact us for a quotation.

Signing for deliveries

It is strongly recommended that all packages are inspected in front of the delivery driver prior to signing for them "in good condition". Where this is not possible, it is suggested that goods are signed for as "unchecked" or "damaged" otherwise claims against our carriers for goods damaged in transit are unlikely to be successful.

FAQ's

How do I purchase from ForestAndArb?

In order to make a purchase through ForestAndArb, find the item(s) you are looking for, then click add to basket. Once you are finished shopping you can click through to your basket and checkout using your preffered payment method(Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal) For some items, such as most Stihl machinery, we are not allowed to sell online and ship the items using a 3rd party courier. They have to be collected in store due to a safety handover being required.

How much does delivery cost?

All orders under £100 will be charged £6 + VAT postage and packing(UK Mainland postcodes). Any orders above £100 (Ex VAT) will get free next day delivery(UK Mainland postcodes). How long does delivery take?

All our parcels leave on next day delivery services. This is to ensure the items you need get to you ready to use as quickly as possible. For some areas, such as Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man etc, items will come on a 2 day delivery as a next day service may not be possible. How do I tell if my items are in stock or not?

Unfortunately we can't link our stock system to our website, and we can't constantly update our thousands of product lines with stock availablility manually. If you need an item desperately, and would like to know if its in stock, please call us on 01962 857951. If an item is out of stock when it's ordered we will send an email saying that it is out of stock, and an approximate date of delivery.

If my items aren't in stock how long will it take to come in?

Most items can be ordered in within 2-3 days. For anything that is going to take significantly longer we will call you on your provided contact number to either offer an alternative product or a refund. Alternatively if you are happy to wait then we will keep all back orders until the items come in, then dispatch them straight away.

Which courier service will deliver my goods?

We use both DPD Local and TNT for our deliveries. We have used both couriers for a number of years and have found them to be extremely quick, careful, polite and helpful. If for any reason your parcel doesn't arrive on time please contact us, or if you would like to report any of the drivers who have delivered our items then please get in touch.
