Hansa C16c Petrol Gravity-Fed Compact Chipper Description

This chipper is the most compact and most powerful one on the market for it's size, and it can fit through a normal doorway. Because it is small, it is easy to move and use in places where there isn't much room. With a chipping capacity of 110 mm and a width of only 650 mm, the C16c is great for contractors who want to improve productivity on hard sites.

The C16c is driven by a 16HP Briggs and Stratton Vanguard engine, which is a very strong engine. An industrial engine that is easy to start. We have done a lot of tests to make sure that the capabilities of the C16c and the power of the 16HP Vanguard engine are perfectly balanced. This will keep the chipper and engine running well for a long time.

The C16c has very good self-feeding capabilities. The 50 kg cutting disc spins at 2000 RPM, which creates a force that keeps itself going. The wing-shaped cutting disc makes a draught that pulls leaves quickly and efficiently into the machine through the 170 x 220 mm infeed hole. The 1485mm height of the exit chute lets the user put chip on a trailer, ute or stockpile.

Designed and made in New Zealand with high-quality parts that will last a lifetime. The Soft Start Technology connects the belts between the engine and the cutting disc so that the engine runs smoothly and is protected from shock loads.
It is long-lasting because it is made of steel and has a strong powder-coated finish with zinc shield rust protection.

By taking off two bolts on the housing, regular service and maintenance can be done quickly and easily. The two knives made of A8 modified steel last a long time and can be sharpened up to 10 times. You can easily get to the belts by taking off the belt guard.
