MACHINERY: Please note, there is a £48 fee required for all machines returning to our workshop for repair (Excluding delivery damages). This fee covers our mechanics time to investigate the fault and check warranty eligibility. Should a repair fall under warranty, we will refund the fee back to you. If it doesn't, or the machine is outside of its warranty period, we’ll use that fee to cover the diagnostic time and get in touch to discuss your options and any further costs.
