Hansa C21 PTO Chipper Description
This world-class chipper is powered by a PTO and has a very heavy-duty cutting disc with a 130 mm diameter chipping capacity. This means it can meet the needs of even the most demanding user. Just hook up this cutter to your 540 RPM PTO, and you'll have a machine that can do the same things as its engine-powered counterpart. Maintenance is easy because the knives and belts are easy to get to. Fits any tractor with between 22 and 55 HP.
With the C21PTO, your tractor will be able to do more. Fits all tractors with a PTO drive speed of 540 RPM and 22 to 55 HP. This 295 kg chipper has a low centre of gravity that makes it easy to move over rough ground. The unit comes with a PTO shaft so you can easily attach it to your tractor and get to places that are hard to get to.
The C21PTO does an excellent job of feeding itself. The big cutting disc, which weighs 80 kg, spins at 1530 RPM, which creates a force that keeps building up. The wing-shaped cutting disc makes a draught that pulls leaves quickly and efficiently into the machine through the 200 x 2850 mm infeed hole. With a height of 1945 mm, the outlet chute makes it possible to put chip onto a trailer, ute or stockpile.
Designed and made in New Zealand with high-quality parts that will last a lifetime. The belt drive between the engine and the cutting disc keeps things going smoothly and keeps the PTO drive from being damaged by shock loads.
It is long-lasting because it is made of steel and has a strong powder-coated finish with zinc shield rust protection.
By taking off two bolts on the housing, regular service and maintenance can be done quickly and easily. The two knives made of A8 modified steel last a long time and can be sharpened up to 10 times. You can easily get to the belts by taking off the belt guard.
