The momentum generated by the cantilevered cutting disc provides a strong draught, allowing chip high discharge onto a stock pile or trailer.
The C7 is powered by a 6.5HP Honda GX200 engine. An industrial quality engine that is simple to start. We conducted extensive engine match testing with Honda to guarantee that the capabilities of the C7 are perfectly balanced with the power output of the Honda GX200. This ensures the chipper's and engine's strong performance for a long time.
The C7 provides exceptional self-feeding capabilities. The 12.5 kilogramme cutting disc revolves at 2850 RPM, producing self-sustaining inertia. The draught created by the winged cutting disc quickly and effectively sucks leaves into the machine through the 130 x 150 mm infeed hole. The 780 mm outlet chute height enables the user to load chip onto a trailer or stockpile.
Engineered and built in New Zealand using high-quality components to last a lifetime. Soft Start Technology engages the belts between the engine and the cutting disc for smooth operation and protects the engine from stress loading.
Longevity is ensured by the use of steel and a durable powdercoated finish with zinc shield rust prevention.
By removing two bolts on the housing, you have easy access for routine repair and maintenance. The two A8 modified steel knives are extremely durable and may be sharpened up to ten times. Simply remove the belt guard to have access to the belts.
