EGO PHA7404E Auger Power Head Kit Description
The EGO PHA7404E Auger Power Head Kit is built for professional landscapers, tree surgeons and keen gardeners who need a clean, capable way to drill consistent holes in soil. Ideal for planting trees and hedging, installing fence posts, preparing beds and tackling landscaping projects, it delivers up to 74Nm of torque without the fumes, noise and maintenance demands of petrol equipment.
Powered by EGOs proven 56V ARC Lithium™ battery platform, this cordless auger is particularly well suited to work at customer properties, residential gardens and managed grounds where a quieter, more convenient alternative to petrol is valued. The included 5Ah battery can bore up to 30 holes on one charge, helping you work efficiently through regular planting and ground-preparation tasks.
A robust seamless steel tube provides the balance, strength and reliability required for demanding outdoor work. With two forward speeds, one reverse speed and variable-speed control, the PHA7404E allows you to adapt drilling performance to the ground conditions. The reverse function is especially useful for freeing the auger bit from compacted soil.
Its ergonomic handles are designed to support a secure, comfortable grip and confident control while drilling. When paired with the appropriate EGO auger bit, available separately, this power head makes light work of creating neat holes for shrubs, trees, posts and other landscaping applications.
The supplied 5Ah EGO ARC Lithium™ battery is interchangeable with the wider EGO 56V cordless range, making this kit an excellent addition for professionals and homeowners already using EGO tools. It is also a strong starting point for anyone looking to build a versatile, battery-powered garden machinery collection.
Compatible EGO earth and ice auger bits are available separately, so you can select the right bit for the job. For deeper drilling applications, the EGO ABE2000 50cm auger bit extension can also be fitted.
