The STIHL ADVANCE FlexTEC trousers (Class 1*, Type C**) are a premium-grade option tailored for professional users in forestry, arboriculture, and landscaping. With a newly refined design, these trousers deliver outstanding comfort, durability, breathability, and unrestricted movement—making them an ideal choice for high-performance PPE from STIHL.

Designed with a slim, professional fit, the trousers offer reduced weight and snag risk while maintaining a clean, modern look. The lower leg features an elasticated cuff that fits snugly around the calf, providing effective protection against ticks, sawdust, snow, and abrasions. Reinforced waterproof stretch fabric at the knees adds durability where it’s needed most. The ProElast insert in the crotch—combined with an elasticated connection—enhances flexibility, while the lightweight AVERTIC™ Pro lite+ cut-protection layer is bonded elastically to the outer fabric for maximum mobility. Developed exclusively for STIHL’s professional PPE, this advanced material ensures the trousers remain comfortable throughout long workdays.

Highly breathable fabric helps regulate body temperature, and thigh ventilation zips offer additional cooling during warmer conditions. Integrated cut-protection delivers vital safety while kidney padding keeps the lower back warm and shielded from impact and abrasions—especially useful on rugged terrain. The inner lining and thigh sections are crafted from 100% recycled polyester, and the lower legs are finished with a PFAS-free water-repellent coating.

To enhance visibility, the trousers include large reflective silver strips and neon green pocket accents. A Velcro waistband adjustment ensures a secure fit, and the trousers feature button loops for attaching STIHL braces. The generous use of elasticated fabric also makes them comfortable for both male and female users. Practical storage options include two side pockets, a back pocket, a thigh pocket, and a ruler pocket—all fitted with flat zip closures to prevent resin build-up and maintain functionality in tough working conditions.
