Unless otherwise stated engines are not included in warranty and are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.

Petrol Tractors & Riders    

• Standard Domestic - 2 Years
• Extended Domestic - 5 Years
• Commercial Warranty - 90 Days

 

Battery Riders    

• Standard Domestic - 2 Years
• Extended Domestic - 5 Years (2 years on battery)
• Commercial Warranty - 90 Days

 

Petrol Lawn Mowers  

• Standard Domestic - 2 Years
• Extended Domestic - 5 Years
• Commercial Warranty - 90 Days

Steel Deck Battery Lawn Mowers

• Standard Domestic - 2 Years
• Extended Domestic - 5 Years
• Commercial Warranty - 90 Days

Customer Conditions of Warranty

Customers must produce proof of purchase, a copy of which must be made by the repairing dealer and may be requested by AL-KO Gardentech UK Ltd.

• The customer is to ensure faults are reported immediately to the authorised AL-KO Service Dealer.
• The customer is to ensure that consumable parts e.g. blades, are replaced/sharpened regularly, drive belts adjusted correctly, filters and other engine consumable parts replaced and tyres are inflated correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
• The machine is used in accordance with the comprehensive owner’s manual.
• Extended AL-KO, warranties are subject to annual servicing by authorised AL-KO Service Agents.
• For products used commercially (i.e. by contractors, local authorities) the warranty will be 90 days unless stated in the warranty policy.
